What a beautiful wedding day for Claire & Bob, and so wonderful to see it featured on Carats and Cake! We were absolutely thrilled to host their wedding ceremony in our chapel before they headed downtown to Cannon Green to celebrate with guests. Katie with Rose Gold Events & Styling did a fabulous job making the chapel come to life with some simple, southern details. We've included a few of our favorite photos below, but be sure to check out the full feature of their wedding day here: http://caratsandcake.com/claireandbob. Photography credit: Nickie Stone.
We absolutely adored this sweet couple, and were so honored and excited to be a part of their wedding day at Coleman Hall and Chapel. Hart to Heart Media did a fantastic job of capturing the day, and we are so pleased to share it with you! You can find a link to their feature film here, or watch the shortened trailer below. Enjoy!

We had a blast this past January as we hosted engaged couples & guests at our venue for the Revolution Wedding Mega-Tour that took place at various locations across the Charleston, SC area. The video below from Caleb Suttles is a little sneak peek of some of the fun, decor and vendors at each of the venues participating in the tour. Keep your eyes peeled for Coleman Hall and Chapel to be featured towards the beginning of the clip!

We absolutely loved having Katelyn & Ryan say their 'I Do's' and celebrate with us at Coleman Hall and Chapel!
We are thrilled to share their wedding featured on Borrowed & Blue, with stunning images from Reese Moore Wedding Photography:
Wedding traditions can be a fun way to remember family members who have passed, celebrate a couple’s new life together, or even include guests in the marriage rites. Whether there are old traditions passed down from the generations, or new ones made by the bride and groom as part of celebrating their new life together, adding a unique and special moment to your ceremony or celebration is a great way to make your wedding day stand out to your guests.
One of our fall couples, Melissa and Chris, performed the "Sawing of the Log” at their reception as guests watched and cheered. A log was placed on a sawhorse, and working together, the couple sawed the log in half! This German tradition is typically done following the ceremony, and symbolizes that the first tough obstacles of married life can be accomplished together. A very literal representation of overcoming obstacles together, as they'll surely face in their life to come. It was such a fun and unique celebration to watch - Congratulations again, Melissa and Chris!

We launched Coleman Hall and Chapel with a BANG!...then forgot to share all the details!? We hosted Peggy Post the great granddaughter in law & the Charleston Area Wedding Planner's luncheon for our inaugural event. There were ladies everywhere, perfectly arranged tables, beautiful flowers seeping out of every vase, china teacups, plate after plate of delicious food, and chaise lounge chairs to pour yourself into after you couldn't hold one more French macaroon.

We have been exploding in anticipation of the Event Planner's of Charleston luncheon, that is now less than 24 hours away! The past few months we've been working super hard to get all the renovations done, so that the even is perfect! We will be graced with the presence of Peggy Post, descendant of THE Emily Post, to share the ins and outs of all things event etiquette and we can't wait.
Everyone has been working hard today to get ready, so I thought I'd share a few few pics to give you a little sneak peek (we'll of course post more after the luncheon so that you can see all all the details):
